Dr. Char Perlas

Dr. Char Perlas is a Filipina-American raised by immigrant parents who emphasized the importance of a higher education. As a product of the California Community College system, her efforts have focused on creating the optimal learning environment for disproportionately impacted students. She holds a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Leadership in Higher Education, a Master of Public Administration, a Master of Science in Counseling and a Bachelor of Art in Psychology.
