David Bauer

Director

David Bauer is the Director of the Casagrande Institute for Higher Education Effectiveness at Viterbo University. He previously served as a Psychology department faculty member for 15 years and held various leadership roles including department chair, chair of the Institutional Review Board, and chair of the Promotion and Tenure Committee. David oversees all Institute operations and draws upon his disciplinary expertise and faculty experience to lead projects related to fair faculty compensation.
