Karen Foley, President & CEO, joined JPA in 2014. Karen earned her MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College. Prior to joining JPA, Karen served as the President and CEO of The Hope Institute for Children and Families, serving children with autism and developmental delays across Illinois. At Hope, Karen worked closely with the Board on governance and growth initiatives, resulting in the creation of The Hope Family Centers to better serve parents as they navigated systems of support for their children, including the introduction of a parent-to-parent mentoring program.
