Dr. Wallace Pond, an educator, author, executive, entrepreneur, and therapist (LPC Intern), based in Colorado, has over 30 years of experience, including nearly 10 years living and working abroad. Wallace founded Idea Pathway, LLC, to support organizations, publishing, thought leadership, transformational change, and other activities. After three decades in a variety of educational and private sector settings, Dr. Pond came to believe that there is a better way to do much of what we do–that people really are an organization’s greatest asset–and that we should act as if we actually believe that.
